What CareTime does

CareTime provides AI call monitoring and screening for UK residential care homes. It connects to an existing phone line — no hardware changes, no number changes — and:

CareTime does not answer calls on behalf of the home. The AI Receptionist tier (conversational call answering) is on the waitlist for late 2026.

Pilot auto-rolls to Silent Guard on Day 31. 7-day cancellation notice from Day 24. Setup fee always waived for pilot graduates.
