What CareTime does
CareTime provides AI call monitoring and screening for UK residential care homes. It connects to an existing phone line — no hardware changes, no number changes — and:
- Screens nuisance and sales calls before they reach staff
- Logs every inbound call with caller, time, duration, and classification
- Delivers a daily Morning Brief email to the registered manager by 8am — a factual summary of the previous 24 hours of call activity
- Surfaces missed enquiries, repeat callers, and out-of-hours patterns
CareTime does not answer calls on behalf of the home. The AI Receptionist tier (conversational call answering) is on the waitlist for late 2026.
